When will my order be processed/ship?
We process orders in 1-3 business days and ship with the cheapest option to get your goodies to you, when you need them!
Sassafras does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays
Sassafras is not held responsible for weather delays or conditions beyond our control
Orders can be shipped to any address! Just select which option you prefer when you check out!
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Please be sure to fill out a return form and include it with your return. All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free.
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 30% off or more
Once delivered to Sassafras, returns will be processed within 5 business days. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 21 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
Returns postmarked back to us within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment minus a $5 restocking fee OR the full amount of the purchase in store credit. Store Credit never expires.
Returns postmarked back to us within 8-21 days of delivery are eligible for the full amount of the purchase in store credit only.
Why a restocking fee?
As a small business we have implemented a restocking fee. Returns require a lot of labor and our packaging costs are completely lost in the process. Please know that restocking fees are not a profit center for us and even with the fee we still have loss on the overall order. The fee is simply to help us recover a portion of the expense incurred for original packaging and our return process.
Return Shipping Details:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number so that you can make sure your return makes it back to us. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
